Might be a pointless question# if I am on a non o single entry based on my thai son. And I have used my extension, if I still have 25 days left am I amble to change visa to a visa based on having a Thai wife rather than based on having my son. while still being inside the country? I Might sound like an idiot but had to ask the question thank you in advance.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is inquiring whether it's possible to change a Non-O visa based on having a Thai son to a visa based on being married to a Thai wife, while still in Thailand and having 25 days left on their current visa. Comments indicate that while the visa type cannot be directly changed, one can apply for a one-year Extension of Stay based on marriage at the local Immigration office, provided they meet the financial requirements.
