Might be a pointless question# if I am on a non o single entry based on my thai son. And I have used my extension, if I still have 25 days left am I amble to change visa to a visa based on having a Thai wife rather than based on having my son. while still being inside the country? I Might sound like an idiot but had to ask the question thank you in advance.

you do not change your visa, you apply for a 1 year Extension of Stay based on being married with a Thai National.

Visit your Immigration office to get the hand out with the requirements
