Can I bring my girlfriend through Fast Track at the airport if I hold an LTR visa and she has a DTV visa?

1. I read that LTR visa holders are given access to Fast Track. If I hold LTR visa, will I be able to bring gf who is on another (DTV) visa through with me since we travel together? Or she will have to go to the regular queue, or pay additionally.

2. If we are both on DTV and decide to purchase some fast track service, is 1 purchase for both of us enough, or each one has to buy individually and get a separate window / attendant?

ps. I know fast track isn't necessary most times, but I have my reasons and just want to know how it works.

It's basically up to the discretion of the person manning the entrance to fast track.  You can ask, and they can say yes or no.  Up to them.

If you want to purchase fast track just to be sure, then you would only need to purchase it for her.  The purchase just gets you into the entrance of the fast track area, you can choose which window you go to once you're inside.

Just try it you never know. I went through fast track one time when i bumped into old friend at airport and he had business class ticket. Jist asked lady (in thai) if could go through with friend and no problem. Worse they can say is no
