Can I apply for an ED visa for Thai language study again after a few years, or should I consider the Muay Thai visa?

Good morning all

A few years back I did an ED visa studying Thai. Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to do that again after a few years ? Or if I should go for the Muay Thai visa instead.

The school I looked at wrote on their website, that you can do it for 5 years without leaving the country.
