Can I apply for a UK visa while currently in Spain?
I am a UK resident but am currently traveling in Spain. Can I still apply and claim as a UK located during the Visa process, or will this cause any issues?

I think if you're located in Gibraltar you can apply to the London embassy, in case you happen to be in Andalusia and fancied a jaunt to The Rock.

You apply to the Country that you are presently in, this being Spain. You should remain in Spain until your DTV is granted because you may be invited for interview at a Spanish Embassy/Consulate.

Before you travel to Spain, make sure to attach the UK entry stamp. If you are called for an interview at the Embassy, you must be present on the scheduled date and time.
