Looking for some clarification on what option I should pick to extend my TR visa (60 days issued in UK) by 30 days in Bangkok?

- Extension by Tourist Visa (TR) issue by Thai Embassy or Consulate (TR60 - online 1)

- Applying for short term Visa At Muangthong Thani (K - Counter K)

I've read online that I need to go to Counter J but that is not an option on the online booking system.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on how to extend their Tourist Visa (TR) for an additional 30 days while in Bangkok, stating they have a 60-day TR visa issued in the UK. They mention two options for extension and inquire about the appropriate choice to pursue.

then go to Thai Immigration and ask to apply for the 60 days COVID extension...before January 29th.

I think that can be done at Mueng Thong Thani

But lets ask Ben or

to confirm.

They may say no...

But worth the ask.

And will get the normal 30 days extension instead.

A 60 days extension would be nice but im wary of them asking for additional documents. At least have the copies for 30 days extension. So maybe best to leave the space blank on the form where it asks for how many days extension?

Hopefully 3rd time lucky for me after wrongly going to the main immigration office last month and then being turned away in Koh Samui office because I still had over 30 days left...
