I've just signed up on the Thai E Visa website and was wondering if my spouse has to also sign up or can I apply for both our visas on mine?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can apply for both your and your spouse's visas using a single account on the Thai E Visa website. You are allowed to apply for up to 10 different visas from one sign-up.
I'm pretty sure he needs his approved first, as that is how it is with the type O retirement, and trailing spouse, if the spouse is under 50years old, as now it is getting to where the different Thai embassies want both to have retirement visa extensions if over 50. Even though it is an e-visa system, the applications for each different location are processed by that embassy. They are not processed at one location for everything, and treated the same. It is still embassy specific.
we are both over 60 and Canadian. Our plan is, he gets his Non OA and I apply for trailing spouse 90 day Non O and extend at IO in Thailand. Are you saying I should wait until he gets his OA BEFORE I apply for trailing??
