I'm out of Thailand. I will be back on September 10. I have a retirement visa valid until July 22.
I prepared a Non-Immigrant Visa(O) retirement purposed e-visa request ready to be submitted, including bank statements for the last three months.
Should I wait until July 23 to submit it or I can proceed right now? Asking because I'm not sure if the current valid visa can "interfere" with the new one for which I'm applying.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the timing for submitting their Non-Immigrant Visa (O) retirement application since their current retirement visa is valid until July 22 but will not be back in Thailand until September 10. They seek clarification on whether they should wait until the current visa expires before applying or if they can submit their application now.
