My DTV expires in less than five years time at which time I will be old enough to apply for a retirement visa non o probably. Can I apply for the new retirement visa from within Thailand before my DTV expires or do I have to apply for it from outside  Thailand? Thanks 🙏

you have to go out to apply for non-O visa or you can come in with tourist visa that can be converted to non-O and then retirement visa with extension.
