Answer summary
The question is about applying for a Non-O marriage visa from Australia and whether funds in a Thai bank account can be used instead of an Australian bank. The responses confirm that it is acceptable to use a Thai bank account for the visa application, provided the account is in the applicant's sole name and they can supply necessary bank statements. Additionally, while applying for a one-year extension, the funds must be in a Thai bank account and maintained for at least two months.

I didn’t have a Thai bank account so I supplied my ANZ paperwork with my application last year
When I arrived I opened two different accounts with different banks
One has they required 400,000 for my marriage extension which I don’t touch and the other I use as my normal bank?
for the application to the Non-O Family (married) e-VISA in Australia, that deposit can be on any account as long it is in your sole name. For the application to the 1-year extension of the stay permit based on being married to a Thai wife, on Immigration in Thailand, the deposit must be in a Thai bank account in your sole name, and on the day you apply, you need the bank letter that confirms the deposit has been sitting in your Thai bank account for a minimum of two months
