I heard it is possible to apply for a dtv visa if we already have a Thai business. A business visa + dtv visa would do the trick as long as we don’t sell in Thailand. Is there someone who knows about it ? Any experience ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around the possibility of holding both a business visa and a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) in Thailand. It seems that consensus among respondents is that one cannot hold both visas simultaneously. The DTV does not permit engaging in work within Thailand, nor can it be combined with a business visa. Participants also mention that while one cannot sell products in Thailand, selling overseas or online is still permissible.

You can be part owner of a business on any visa or no visa, but you just cant do any work there unless you have a work permit which you cannot get on DTV.

(Americams can be full owners of certain businesses before someone starts pointing it out)
