I built those projects at no cost, but I have now signed two long-term clients whose contracts I can share. Can this still be approved, or is the invoice and prior payment history required?

They need to see your bank statement showing 500k+ and your work documents.

Some only started up remote income briefly and have 2-4 months to show not 6-12 months

But reality says 6 months payslips that are already spend shows 0

It shows yuh have income but neth worth is barely 500k

Or you show 2M baht for example and have 2 months remote income yet

Who has more money today?

The dude with 2M neth worth savings Or the dude who shows 6 months pay slips that money gone 90% anyways

To save up 1-2M baht that’s 3-4y worth of pay slips and actually liquid money today

But again they approve broke people for a 1h cooking class

And reject or doubt people who actually can survive in Thailand 5y making 0 even

New clients with no income payment made yet is ok. You are submitting a portfolio with past client Info so you are very likely going to be asked to show proof of payment from that work.
