While going to immigration division one for a re-entry permit what time should I go so that I don’t wait so much in line.

Also if on my e visa it gave me expiry date for my visa that is different from the one that they stamped on my passeport which one should I write on the TM8 form.

And does it work like the airport immigration where you can pay 1200 without documents
Answer summary
For visiting Immigration Division 1 in Bangkok to apply for a re-entry permit, it is recommended to go mid-week in the afternoon, preferably around 2:30 PM to avoid long queues. Some users suggest arriving at around 3:00 PM when it tends to be less crowded. Regarding the TM8 form, you should use the expiry date stamped in your passport, as the eVisa validity is no longer relevant once you have entered the country. Additionally, the immigration process at the office is different from that at airports; you will need to fill out the TM8 form and provide a passport-sized photo. If you are going to apply for a re-entry permit, ensure your TM30 is up to date and reflects your current residence.
