Hello guys,

Planning on a short vacation to Hong Kong with My girlfriend and my daughter. I need to get a 90days Non 'O' visa (Supporting Thai child but not married)

Had 4 times of 90 days Non O visa in my passport currently. Would I have a problem getting Non O visa from Hong Kong?

Can't really find much info on their website. Any advise?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is planning to apply for a 90-day Non-O visa while vacationing in Hong Kong with his girlfriend and daughter. He has previously received four Non-O visas and seeks advice on potential issues with his application status. Comments provide clarity on eligibility for the visa, mentioning that family members (unmarried children under 20) can apply, but they must submit proof of relationship and financial support.

If I use my Nationality I find this: 6.2 Applicant’s family members (i.e., spouse, parents and children who are unmarried and under 20 years old) are eligible to apply for a Non-Immigrant Visa (category “O”) and will be allowed to stay for a period of 90 days but no longer than 1 year. Evidence of the certificate of Marriage and birth are required.

6.3 Supporting documents that the sponsor has sufficient funds to pay for the cost of living of the applicants (for example, copies of bank statement, bank book, tax returns etc.)
