Non Immigration O Visa based on being father of Thai Child

Hello,

I was planning a trip to Penang as advised on this site, but my current work situation means I am just a few hours by bus from Hong Kong. Can I obtain the visa from there? Has any members obtained this particular visa from there recently??

Thanks Robert, I did look this up before posting. I noticed the visa I require is not listed specifically, but thought it could not hurt to post to see if anyone has obtained a O visa from HK. Thanks
