Hi everyone! My non-B is expiring at the end of the month (my work permit was not renewed) I've planned to go to make a non-O (stay with child) in Lao next week as I've got all requirements fulfilled. Now, My flight might be canceled and the required quarantine in Vientiane won't help either. My question is; can I apply for the non-O directly here? Without exiting? Otherwise, the overstay seems inevitable :/ Thank you very much :)
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether they can apply for a Non-O visa (for staying with a child) in Thailand without having to exit the country, due to potential flight cancellations and quarantine requirements in Laos. It's noted that you can get an extension of stay in Thailand based on supporting a half-Thai child, but specific immigration requirements apply.
