TLDR : Answer Summary
There are no fixed rules regarding entry denial for individuals with extensive border run histories, such as having completed more than five in a row. However, frequent border runs can raise red flags with immigration officials, and while one may occasionally pass through without issues, the next entry could lead to questioning by immigration officers. It's advisable to ensure compliance with visa requirements, such as maintaining an ongoing job or activity in Thailand, to mitigate risks. There have been anecdotal reports of individuals encountering fees or scrutiny due to their border run history.

No, but one report of someone having to pay a 20K "entry fee".

There is no set rule but your multiple border runs are definitely a red flag for immigration. You might pass through without issue once, but the next time, you could be questioned—that depends on the immigration officer. Your history doesn’t disappear; it just improves slightly since you have a visa. Make sure you are fulfilling your visa requirements in case they decide to question you (an ongoing job/activity is highly recommended in your case).
