Hey guys, has anyone with a DTV used the egates in Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to exit regularly? Given that on entry it still appears to be stamped just want to make sure if I were to use them that this is fine in lieu of an absent exit stamp as I am frequently in and out of Thailand. For reference I have a DTV myself. Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
Users discuss whether they can use the e-gates at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi for exiting Thailand while holding a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV). Experiences vary: some have used the e-gates without issue, while others faced problems due to their visa type. It is noted that occasional redirection to manual gates occurs, and keeping evidence like boarding passes may be wise.

Thank you for the responses guys, good to know. I’ll just take pics of my boarding passes on my way out just to keep as exit evidence. Wish you a lovely Sunday.

I've used them. No problem. However, as I remember, it's not something you can choose. Some days or times you're directed to the regular gates while at some other times is trhu the automatic gates.

Assuming it works. I tried and because I was on a visa it wouldn't let me exit so I had to stamp out manually.
