Apologies- have searched and searched but no answer. Australian friends who are currently in KL want to visit me in Thailand. Are they able to obtain a single entry 90 day visa for Thailand while in Malaysia? Thanks!!!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
Australian passport holders can apply for a single entry tourist visa in Kuala Lumpur (KL) for 60 days, which can later be extended for an additional 30 days in Thailand, totaling 90 days.

You can do it yourself. Just click on the hamburger button on the upper right side, and choose "close post" (or something like that).

You’re both very kind. I have seen this page but couldn’t tell which visa was for 90 days. Is it possible you know which one to choose? Tourist? Long stay? Thanks!!!!

Australian passport holders can obtain a 60 day single entry tourist visa in KL and then can extend for a further 30 days inside Thailand effectively giving you 90 days.

Yes, pick and choose a visa from their website to find out what documents you need to meet the requirements.
