This is a general question. For someone that is here on a non-imm O visa (visiting their wife), can that be extended on the basis of visiting children, even if they've extended it for 60 days based on visiting their wife?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Non-Imm O visa can only be extended for 60 days for visiting family once per entry. If you've already used this extension to visit your wife, you cannot extend it again for visiting children.

that answer is no. :(

You can get ONE 60 day visit thai family extension per entry.. Meaning IF you extended your 90 day Non-O entry by 60 days already you're done..
