This isn't a Covid extension. This is a 30 day extension by request of embassy. Your embassy has to provide you with an individualized letter stating you are unable to travel or return home for some reason. This is a very rare circumstance but a little more common now due to Russian and Ukranian people needing to use it.

that’s what the person posting it said, that it was for covid extension even though it says 30 day extension. Still perplexed. Never needed a letter for regular extension and those rules are not mandated anywhere else.Reply to
