Hey everyone. I have. One quation  I have  one year valid workpermit but my visa is finished  so can I apply for  for new passport from Bangkok  on tourist visa with valid workpermit

You can not work on tourist visa. Your work permit becomes invalid at the moment you do not meet the requirements as having a visa that allows you to work.
