Shuvam Dutta then it should work but it is up to the Thai government official who looks at it. I used a checking account from Bank of America the last time I got a visa in the US. Last two times in Thailand I changed from a tourist exempt entry to a non immigrant based on retirement and now a one year extension of permission to stay in the Kingdom for a year. But I have two Thai bank accounts that I have had for twenty years.
