TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, a 50-year-old can obtain a retirement visa (Non-Immigrant O-A Long Stay) in London. To apply, you need to submit specific documents including a valid passport, visa application forms, passport-sized photos, proof of financial stability (bank statement or income certificate), a criminal record check, and a medical record. More detailed information can be found on the Thai Embassy's website.
