Are all foreign companies in Thailand under Board Of Investment? Apperantly this board has a rule that foreigners without 2 years work experience cannot join a company, but in this case what if we are freshers? Freshmen arent allowed to join international companies at all if they don't have prior experience?
Long story short, my company (international company) I did an internship with tried to offer me a job but since Im a fresh grad the board of investment wont let me join. So I was wondering are all international companies in Thailand operating under this Board? How does it work?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Board of Investment (BOI) in Thailand does not govern all foreign companies, as many operate as branches of international counterparts without being BOI-registered. For those companies that are BOI-registered, there are strict rules about hiring fresh graduates, particularly requiring prior work experience for foreign employees. Exceptions may apply for highly specialized degrees or through intern-to-employee transitions. It is advisable for fresh graduates to use reliable agents to navigate these employment regulations effectively.
