Hello. I am new to traveling and visas and have a question:

I entered Thailand for the first time March 7th and my 30 day airport entry visa was issued, good until the 6th April.

I am planning a 4 day trip to Luang Prabang at the start of April. I will be back in Chiang Mai around the end day of my first visa, or a day past.

My question is this: I have a month long hotel rental which started March 16th. I will be showing this upon re-entry for my next 30 day visa. Is this going to be an issue?

And lastly, I am guessing it does not matter if I return the day before my first visa expires, they will re-issue the next 30 day one.
