Hey guys! True or false? If you are on a tourist visa in Thailand and your future employer applies for the letter you need for your non-B, from the ministry of labor,... you have to be out of the country the day they apply for the letter? The company agent said so. I am sceptic.

I would like to avoid leaving Thailand for a day (so the company can apply for the letter), entering again on 30 days, leaving again to get my non-B in Kuala Lumpur, and finally returning on my non-B.
