you aren't applying for any new visas 😮

all you're doing is cancelling the current extensions (yours based on employment, theirs based on being dependents) and changing the reason for the new extensions (yours based on raising foreign children here and theirs based on education)

There is no choice for what you want to do for an appt.

You show up, cancel the extensions for the kids based on dependent of a foreigner working here,

then go to section N and apply for a new extensions based on education,

then you cancel your extension based based on employment,

and apply for a new extension based on raising foreign children here on an ED visa

I will have all the termination paperwork from my job and the paperwork for school. just need an appointment at changwattana which is proving hard to get. I know I can walk in but since I have the two little kids with me I’d like to minimize time spent waiting.

and you'll have the bank letter, bank book, birth certificate, photos of you and the kids etc so you can apply for your extension correct?

It's a PILE of paperwork to get a 'guardian' extension (foreign parent of foreign child enrolled in school here on an ED visa)
