Advice needed

I've been employed remotely for a US company for the last three years. I have my employment contract, money in the bank, a letter from my employer stating remote work is acceptable and tax returns for the last two years showing income from remote work. However, I've been taking an extended holiday for the last 6 months so I don't have proof of income during that time. I've started working again but won't be paid for a month or so.

Anyone know if this is likely to be an issue? Thanks in advance.

Here's a few details about the requirement to register for a Tax Identification Number (TIN), which is mandatory for all tax payers in Thailand. Including those who spend more than 180 days per year in the country.

The tax talk starts at 4min 10secs.

So, has anybody yet actually stayed over 180 days as a tourist, and filed a tax return?

Hi, if staying in thailand on a non o based on marriage and planning to apply for a 1 year extension showing 400k at Chang Wathana. Also having spent more than 180 days here in the previous year is there any requirements/issues regarding tax? Is a tax id needed for anyone staying more than 180 days?

Thanks
