Applied Washington DC for the remote job DTV. "Pending Document Check" for 10 days now. Any idea how long this process takes?

I should fully qualify, I meet/exceed every criteria by a mile. My flight is in about 2 weeks and I'm starting to get worried.

Thank you all for your kind help.

Hey

What if I apply for a visa and I have a contract with XXX company and I can work remotely and the visa is approved

And after a few months I change employers but I can still work remotely.

If I were to secure a good job posting in Thailand, is there a visa to cover my other half of 25 years. Not married.

Many Thanks in advance.

Apparently, you cannot do any changes to your work permit (you have to obtain a new work permit if you want to do changes) and cannot work under any category of work that is not prohibited (as long as you have a work permit) in Bangkok, as I was said by the Labour dept.(This is a new law as they said)

I would like to confirm something.

I have been offered a job here in Bangkok and they want me to start straight away,

I Don't have a non b or work permit.

I believe I can't start work until I have the non b and work permit, if I do? Then I am in breach of immigration, is that correct?
