Just wondered if anybody is in the same situation as myself. My wife is thai and I dont meet the criteria to get her to the UK, yet I can't find work in Thailand apart from teaching english, which certainly isn't something I'm any good at as I did an English course one Saturday at the school my wife teaches at and absolutely hated it..

If anybody is in the same situation how do you cope??

The post discusses the difficulties of an expat married to a Thai national who cannot secure employment in Thailand, aside from teaching English, which he dislikes. A commenter shares their experience of working overseas for better pay, suggesting that some expats choose to work outside Thailand due to higher salaries.
