Can UK and Finnish passport holders still get a visa on arrival in Thailand, and how long is it valid for?Answered

Please excuse my stupidity/ignorance. Is it still possible for a UK passport holder and a Finnish passport holder to get a visa on arrival, and if so how long would this be valid for. All the best Simon xx.
