Good morning. I am a 64 yr old Finnish pensioner living in BKK with frequent trips in and out. So far I have been enjoying the great flexibility of non imm OA visas but I do not want to pay 1000+ euro/yr for a worthless health insurance when I already have an excellent one valid worldwide. My question is what is the best/correct visa for me after June when my current OA visa expires? Non imm O type visa? My stays in BKK are frequent but less than 90 days each time. I am not ready to consider expensive Elite visa schemes.
Many thanks for your advice.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A Finnish pensioner living in Bangkok with an expiring Non-Immigrant OA visa is seeking advice on the best alternative visa that does not require expensive health insurance. The recommended option is the Non-Immigrant O visa, which could suit his needs given his frequent short stays.
