Hi, I have a quick question. I'm a Romanian citizen, and have been in Thailand for one year on SETV. Given that for Romanians visa on arrival is only 15 days with 7 days extension I don't do border runs. Hence I fly out of the country every 3 months, and I now have 4 SETVs in my passport, two obtained in Beijing, two in Vientiane. I know Vientiane is the easiest place one can get a new SETV (no questions asked, no bank account statement) but I'm a bit scared not to push it and get a red stamp. What is the next easiest place to get a new SETV (need to fly out beginning of January) and what are the requirements (if they require a bank account statement what is the minimum amount required and so on) and the procedure.
