Has anyone applied for a visa to their home country while being abroad? I’m currently in Vietnam and wondering if I can apply for an eVisa online for Romania, my home country.

I'd say that most people who post here apply while abroad, but you need to apply where you actually are. A Lot of people are traveling to places just so they can apply 'in-person' for various reasons. Keep reading....
