I have always updated my TM30 by going into immigration myself. I arrived back in Thailand last night and so planned to go in to immigration today. However I have woken up sneezing and with a sore throat. I am not keen to risk spreading whatever I have caught to immigration staff and other immigration attendees, especially given that I have been in Singapore over the past two weeks (including yesterday), but also I don't want to get a fine or have problems when renewing my visa in May. I have searched the previous posts in the group to find out the process for online TM30 reporting and feel even more confused. I see that an admin in the group has advised "not to pretend to be a landlord" and that the "TM30 online system doesn't exist so that any tourist can register people staying anywhere". So does that mean that a tenant cannot set up/use the online TM30 system. Having my landlord attend immigration in a timely fashion instead of me will not work as he lives and works out of town and when I tried to get him to register my son who was staying with me a few years ago, my landlord did not appreciate the urgency of the matter and didn't report within 24 hours of my son's arrival despite me having provided an explanation in Thai. My Landlord does not speak English
