Report on 60-day Covid Extension at KO SAMUI Immigration

I just came back from KO SAMUI Immigration and got a 60-day Covid extension without a problem, took about an hour (although just a few folks were present).

I already had extended a 60-day Tourist visa for another 30 days before. Had to fill out 3 forms I got directly there + copy of passport + copy of visa with arrival card TM6. Cost 1.900 THB.

NO TM30 WAS NEEDED.

On the third form (called "Permission to temporarily stay in the Kingdom during pandemic situation of Covid-19") I simply ticked the first box ("I am not permitted to enter the destination country or the pandemic situation of Covid-19 is still ongoing"). This seems to be ok.

As far as I know, the opportunity for a Covid extension runs out at the end of May and it is not known if it will prolonged.
