Go on the real official site that is operated by the Thailand Elite directly. If you want to use some agents instead of themselves, check the site and go on "OUR AGENTS" section a bit down from the top page. Those are the "official" agents.

Just go to the website, on the bottom of the page there is a "contact us" link. Why risk using a bogus agent when u can buy direct.

I clicked around for a while but couldn't find what I remember, they had a choice where you could click and see their authorized agents and the world wide concierge company they use

Personally I'd deal directly with Elite but anyone that selling it can't charge more than what elite sells it for so as long as they can do it I'd say it'd work.

yes, but I am pretty sure most are actually authorised agents but I haven't dealt with any of them.
