TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around the process for applying for a Thailand Elite Visa and how to get in touch with the appropriate channels. It mentions contacting the Thai Elite Company for information and assistance, specifically providing a call center number and their website for potential applicants.

Samuel Fila ~ Both websites are perfectly valid and official...I happen to like showing the "thai-elite" version since it has a nice chart at the bottom comparing the various membership options and perks, while the version you like sharing, does not. Both are secure and free of any viruses ;-) Cheers!

In over 12 years of membership, I rarely had any problems. One time there was confusion @ the Chong Mek crossing near Laos and I just called the Thailand Elite hotline and the problem was solved in a coupe of minutes. Very easy :-) Plus a supervisor is always around as well.

You can get stuck at land crossings if the officers are not aware and dont understand the visa. It took me more than an hour on one occassion. This is probably due to the fact that some officers at land crossings havent seen the visa. However once they finally understand the visa they will quickly process you. On some occasions the head duty officer photgraphed the visa presummably to show her staff.

All Immigration offices in Thailand recognize the Thailand Elite visa as do all land crossings.

Thailand Elite HQ can make the arrangements to extend your stay by contacting the Pattaya Immigration Office, but they do not have Elite Personal Assistants to assist you, as they would at Chaeng Watthana.
