Does anyone know of Muai Thai school in Bangkok that offers DTV invitation and had successful experience?

As I see almost all of them are in Phuket on Chiang Mai.

Does someone have a sample letter for the DTV, for applying with soft power activities? I am training muay thai, but it is hard to explain to my school what I need. I'm the only foreigner that trains here, and there is a bit of a language barrier. The school is accredited by the muay thai association, but this is the first attempt at DTV visa from there. Deciding whether to apply for DTV under Muay Thai or a cooking class. For Muay Thai I've been in contact with Tiger Eye gym in Bangkok and they seem responsible and professional. For cooking I'm looking at Bangkok Cooking Academy, also seems legit. I'm kind of leaning more towards cooking because it's something I've always wanted to learn but the courses are a month long. What happens once you've complete the month long course? Do you have to keep signing up for month long courses? With Muay Thai I've dabbled in it before and I wouldn't mind doing it 1-2 times a week long term.

Just have some questions about DTV (Soft Power - Muay Thai)

Boxing Sports Commission of the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) now has set the guidelines to apply for DTV (Soft Power - Muay Thai) and my questions are...

1. Does the DTV applicant still need all the documents from Muay Thai Camp and submit them to the embassy / consulate ? or

2. The DTV applicant submit the documents to the Muay Thai Camp instead of submit to the embassy / consulate and then the Muay Thai Camp will take the responsibility for any further proceed.

3. Do both 1 and 2

Anyway, I'm also trying to contact them but still don't get any clarification, so just try to ask here in case anyone can answer.

Any recommendations for DTV approved places in Chiang Mai? Open to muay thai, cooking courses, and even language courses if eligible.

Ideally for a 3-6 month program.
