Hello. Can anybody recommend a place in Hua Hin for a soft power activity for my DTV Visa application? It can be anything. Muay Thai, cooking class, whatever. It took me months to get an acceptance letter from a Table Tennis Club in Phucket only to be denied by my local Thai Embassy online. Any help in acquiring an acceptance letter for some soft power activity in Hua Hin would be greatly appreciated.
If I apply for a Muay Thai gym in Bangkok with Software Power, will it be okay if I live in Khon Kaen? There aren't any certified Muay Thai gyms in the area I want to live. What should tm90 do in this case?
I'm looking for recommendations for Muay Thai gyms in Chiang Mai that offer BEGINNER classes for the over 50 crowd, I mean BEGINNERS beginner. That also do DTVs.
I would attend every class, but I'm a slightly older person who hasn't done any workouts in probably close to 3 years.
I will being going to Chiang Mai on a visa exempt for 60 days to check out places for muay thai and language school and then will hopefully apply from Hanoi.
I am looking at applying for a DTV with Muay Thai (Canadian passport but considering going to Chiang Mai to scope out gyms before choosing one, and applying from Hanoi) I have the 500k+ funds in a regular savings account.
But I'm seeing that several people are being asked to also report income.
I only have spousal support as income (declared on my taxes to CRA, I pay taxes on it just like a regular income) but it solely shows as a single monthly etransfer into my bank account.
Will this cause a problem? I couldn't find a clear answer, so I don't know I there's a better way to word my inquiry.
Hello Hong Kong friends, I have a question about applying soft power DTV in Hong Kong. After reading some posts, it looks like Muay Thai is not easy to apply, as they ask for follow up questions.. How about cooking? Better success rate? For those who have done it successfully, can you let me know the school, please? Or DM is also fine. Do they need you to provide an address proof in Hong Kong? Thank you.
Just starting out on the DTV route from here in the UK as this seems a better option for me rather then the Retirement Visa. I don’t have an online business so would an option like a Thai Language Course be a viable one ?
