Hi guy's.

Hoping someone could give me some advice. I know nothing is set in stone here but I just got back from a visa run to vietnam (tourist visa). This was just after finishing an education visa. I was denied the TV with no reason why and flew back in on a 30 day exemption. I will extend this to 60 days. My plan was to just go home, however I was just told each calendar year you are allowed 2 border crossings at 30 days per time. Does anyone think its possible flying out of thailand and coming back in when my exemption is over.. or should I just accept it and leave?

Im in chang mai now but in samut prakan just out side of Bangkok i was told i had to provide a rental agreement to get an extension wich is hard because ive used air bnb to book my rooms for the next month. Is the rental agreement needed all over? Also id hoped to get a 60 day visa but they made it seem like i could only extend my exemption for 30 more days. Im confused by everything i read online so i hope to get some straight answers on here. Any help is greatly appreciated as ive used 2 weeks in Bangkok so i have to move quickly. Tia
