Ed visa expires May 1st. In chiang mai.. will they open borders by then so I can get a tourist visa border run or be closed? There isnt much information and with flights to bangkok and buses cancelled travel plans are impossible and I have no plans to return to US or even boarding public transportation during this pandemic. Does anyone have any news on if there will open the borders by then or extend the extensions through till june. The information is sparse and I know alot of people are stressed for information as I am. Would like to know I can rest assured I wont have to scramble may 1st and find an option that in less that 3 weeks away could be announced to ease the troubled minds of so many travelers and migrant workers alike.
