Hi, Advice please. I'll be returning into Don Muang from Vietnam the day before my O-A visa expires, thus hopefully getting another year. Will Immigration require an onward ticket or proof of funds in cash? I'll be returning to my previous Thai address so I guess it's a 24 hour report too? Thank you.

Hi everyone

My daughter has education visa and I have guardian visa. So , both of us are ok as long as she is in school. Problem is my husband doesn’t have long term visa. He flies in and out of country a lot (about 10 times a year), he gets visa on arrival every time and he leaves within 30 days.

So far there is no problems but he is getting nervous about the number of times he goes in and out. And we don’t do the 24 hours reporting for him because it is just too much.

Question:

1. Could it become problem for him?

2. Is Elite visa only option? (not qualify for retirement visa yet)

3. Do they care about 24 hours reporting for elite visa holders?
