Is there any rumors that covid Visa extensions can happen again? 

(My visa goes until April 17th, and I need more 30 days in Thailand, that means until middle/end July).

FFS they only announced last one on last day and even that took a lot of people by surprise. They wont even be thinking about extending the May one yet.

Go and speak with your local immigration office and find out their take on the current covid extension scheme and if they would offer it to you

The last date to apply is currently May 24th. However they are given at the discretion of the immigration office(r).
