This might sound like a silly question, but I really need your advice. I’m going to Vientiane for my DTV application, and my partner who holds a Myanmar passport will accompany me on a tourist visa. We plan to cross the land border from Nong Khai. Will there be any issues for either of us when crossing the border in and out?  I heard the immigration there seems strict  Thank you 🙏

It depends on your visa-exempt history. I have read two reports of immigration not letting the tourists out and telling them they must fly
