Is the Nong Khai border still open? We will be coming from Vientianne and would like to cross the border to enter Thailand. I would appreciate your response to my question. Thank you.

, thank you. And US passport holders don't need to present health insurance and medical certificate if they have a Thai ED visa? We are going to try to enter Thailand through Nong Khai on the 25th or 26th of March..
