Does thai immigration accepts offline hotel booking like direct booking of hotel without booking or Agoda! The hotel i booked gave me a hotel booking receipt pdf that contains my total stay period on that hotel and the amount i will be paying them with hotel logo heading! Will this booking be accepted by thai immigration? The hotel that i booked offline wasn't available in booking or agoda so I contacted them directly and they told me they had vacant rooms, so i booked directly from them! Can anyone help?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, Thai immigration is likely to accept a hotel booking receipt from a direct hotel booking. While there are situations where a hotel booking might be required, the general consensus from the community suggests that as long as the receipt is valid, it should be fine for immigration purposes.

Should be fine. It's a booking.

Do they accept it for what? There's not many reasons you would ever need to show a hotel booking to immigration

well, people from the first world developed nations maybe are not being asked! But if you are from south east asia, you will be asked in immigration to show hotel booking confirmation + return flight ticket otherwise immigration won't allow! The first time I visited thai i had hotel booking of the first couple of days also had a return flight ticket as well, but they forced me to book hotel instantly & i did! Its not same for everyone! Apparently passports of different country holds different weight!

Surely you can supply some proof of booking, whether a screen shot or a credit card statement. I have never been asked to supply proof of a booking but fully understand your point about some nations being asked to show more proof than others.

I think this guy is entering with a Visa on Arrival and these entries must show flight out within 15 days and hotel accommodation for the duration of their stay.

we don't have visa on arrival for Bangladeshi! We have to apply for E-visa and we are permitted to stay 60 days with it.

a hotel booking is a hotel booking. It shouldn't matter how you booked as long as you have proof
