Hi.. I was issued a 60 day tourist visa before all this happened . It is valid until 25 May. Obviously with no flights scheduled will my visa still be valid whenever I enter? Hopefully in June or July.
Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 60-day tourist visa you were issued will not be valid if you enter Thailand after its expiration date on May 25. You will need to apply for a new visa or obtain appropriate documents to enter Thailand.

No, it will not be valid. You will need a new visa.

As I understand your post:
1. You're currently outside of Thailand.
2. You purchased a 60 day, single entry, tourist visa on around February 25.
3. The visa will expire on May 25th.
Assuming the following three points are true, the visa will be invalid on May 25th, and to enter Thailand, you will either need another tourist visa or appropriate documents that allow you to enter and stay in Thailand.
You are *NOT* covered by any type of amnesty or waiver.
If these three assumptions are not true, please let me know and I'll explain it in more detail.
