Will I Still Be Able to Use an Approved Laos E-Visa Following the Suspension of Visa on Arrival?

As I understand, Laos will suspend visa upon arrival from tomorrow (Friday) and require tourists to apply for a visa at an embassy or online before they travel. However, the evisa website is updated with the attached. So basically, unless you can get a Laos visa from the embassy, no more border or visa runs to Laos until at least the 20th April...

I believe the eVisa is still valid, but you'd find out when you use it
