U.S passport holder. I just arrived at Vientiane airport from Don Mueang and got their 30 day visa on arrival. Thursday 03/19/20, arrived at 20:30. So as of now Laos visa on arrival is still being issued when flying into Vientiane. Hope this helps someone.
