Hi, I have 90 day report due Friday (18th) but going on a ride South until the weekend. Missed Tod's announcement and confirm the immigration office is closed today.

My question is, will I be fined if I go on the Monday or can you do in another province?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can submit your 90-day report within 7 days after it is due without incurring any fines. Additionally, you can file the report at any immigration office in Thailand, not just the one in your home province.
